It is therefore a powerful marketing tool for Turtle Tots, and it will help us reach, connect and engage with a new generation of parents in a fun and visually exciting way - while educating audiences on all the wonderful benefits of baby swimming and our unique approach to teaching. Gen Z’s make up the majority spending an average of 41 minutes a day on the app. In fact, reading the latest statistics, more than half of TikTok’s audience are now women aged 45 and under. These are staggering figures and they show how the social media app has significantly grown from being just a lip-synching channel for teenagers. In a relatively short time frame, TikTok has seen a meteoric rise and is continuing to grow at pace. In the UK alone, there are around 17,464,020 TikTok users currently, and this number is anticipated to increase by 20% in 2026 to reach 21,104,740. ![]() On 12 th December, Turtle Tots excitedly launched our TikTok channel and in this month’s blog, we’ll share why we believe the social media app will help us connect with a new audience and help educate a new generation of parents on the importance of baby swimming lessons and the teaching of water safety skills from a young age. ![]()
